Wine flowed, before the guests took to their seats, where they were treated to a three course lunch of fine Italian cuisine prepared by top chef Alex D?Aquila.. His wife and co-owner Merich Hunt, who had bedecked the restaurant with balloons and flowers, ensured the day went without a hitch.
