Nikki Beach set for summer

Self styled ?sexiest place on Earth? and Marbella summer season institiution Nikki Beach recently held a Media lunch to highlight what?s in store this year.

Manager Stefanie Biguzzi took the opportunity to let the Press know the forthcoming events. 2009 at Nikki Beach kicks off with the spectacular Nikki Beach Grand Opening White Party on May 28, which, with its reputation for fun, fireworks, cocktails, celebrities and entertainment, is always one of the hottest tickets in town.

Other highlights include regular Full Moon Parties, Amazing Sundays and two new events; The Diamond Bvlgari Party on July 31 showcasing the prestigious jewellery brands latest collections, and the ?Because I?m a Girl? Charity Ball on August 1.

New executive chef, David Farber, has created a new menu to complement Nikki?s signature dishes and sushi platters, including Caramelized Watermelon with Jumbo Prawns, Marbella White Anchovies Roll and Nikki Beach Marrakech Sea Bass with Coriander and Chilli on a bed of Minted Cous-Cous with Red Pepper Creme Fraiche.

As always Nikki Beach serves up classic cocktails, including their famous Mojitos and chilled champagnes, and now features a Happy Hour on Thursday from 7-9pm. With world class Djs and a unique blend of glamour and, Nikki Beach looks set to make 2009 their best summer yet.
