Local animal charity, ADANA, recently began construction work for a new sanctuary to house abandoned dogs and cats. The project has been its most ambitious yet and is to be completed in a matter of weeks.

As well as a brand new kennel block and main building, the organisation has also updated their drainage system and electrical connections.

ADANA has been caring for abandoned animals in the Estepona area of the coast for over 20 years and hope that their summer fundraising efforts will help the sanctuary maintain high standards for many years to come.
