Fat burning exercises

Exercising helps keep our bodies running smoothly and to perform the physical activities that healthy people take for granted like running, stretching and climbing. Your body is designed to keep you thinking, talking and moving. If machinery is shut away and not used it will become rusty and stop working correctly. The same is true for your body. If you don?t do regular exercise, sooner than later your body power and energy levels will decrease. Set aside some time for exercise.

Aim for 20 minutes at least three or four times a week. Stretching before and afterwards is a good idea if you?re doing something particularly strenuous.

When exercising, the food you eat is converted into energy. This energy is used for movement and the activity is called cardiovascular exercise because of the speed of your heartbeat. Your lungs, heart and blood vessels are all rushing to acquire oxygen and move energy chemicals around the body.

Exercising for long periods is tiring because your body is burning up energy. If you do not use the fuel provided by your food it will result in the excess being stored as fat. Regular exercise keeps the balance right. Don?t forget to take part in indoor and outdoor activities. Learning to play and being part of a team will be better for you in more ways than one.
